3. Service Limitations

Fygesou strives to provide high-quality home and garden services, but we acknowledge the following limitations:

• Service availability may vary by location, season, and provider availability
• Completion times are estimates only and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances
• We reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe conditions, illegal activities, or unreasonable requests
• Weather conditions may necessitate rescheduling of outdoor services
• Fygesou may subcontract services to qualified third-party providers
• Service scope is limited to what is explicitly agreed upon before service commencement

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Fygesou website and platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Fygesou or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any materials from our website without our express written consent.

The Fygesou name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Fygesou or its affiliates. Users may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

5. Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fygesou and its service providers shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services
• Any damage to property that is not caused directly by negligence of our service providers
• Pre-existing conditions or defects in your home or garden
• Damages resulting from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or pandemic restrictions
• Service delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Any loss or damage exceeding the amount paid for the specific service in question

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved as follows:

• Parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting the other party
• If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws
• The arbitration shall be conducted in the jurisdiction where Fygesou maintains its principal place of business
• Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration, except as the arbitrator may otherwise determine
• The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Fygesou maintains the following cancellation and refund policies:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before scheduled service may receive a full refund of any prepaid amounts
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee
• If you are dissatisfied with services performed, you must notify us within 48 hours of service completion
• Refunds may be issued at our discretion based on the nature of the service and the specific circumstances
• Recurring service subscriptions may be canceled with 7 days' notice before the next scheduled service

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of Fygesou services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access or disclosure.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fygesou maintains its principal place of business, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent possible under law.
